I been over weight all my life and sick of it. I hate the back pain, hip and knee pain as well. Want to do alot more and not be afraid of the pain and being out of breath. I am a lively person and want my body to move with my mind.
1/7/05- Finally had all the test completed. That was a nightmare. I wish that all the Dr's could be in one place with parking so I wouldnt have to be all over the place. Their time schedule should also include some weekends or evenings to help the people out that work. It took me from the beginning of Sept 04 till Jan 05 to finally finish every test. One thing I can say is that I had an overall physical. From a stress test to my brain being tested. Well I am currently waiting for my insurance to approve for the surgery. Hopefully this won't take long because I wanted my surgery done yesterday.
1/22/05 My surgery is schedule for Feb 9. Yeah I cant wait but I am also very nervous. I work in the field and know about all the complications that can happen.
2/4/05 I went for pre-op today and everything was fine. Surgery is on Wed. I cant wait.
2/7/05 Did all my shopping and now just waiting for the time of the surgery on Wed. My home is in order. Thanks for all the support. I will wright again after surgery.
2/11/05 Home from surgery. Everything went fine. Just trying to adjust to new diet and what my stomach can handle. Alot of pain in recovery but that slowly disappeared. Already on stage 2 of diet. Taking time to adjust. Thanks for everybodys support.
2/18/05 Well Had my first Dr's visit everything is great. Down 19lbs in 9 days. Trying to do the 30mins of excersise. Still a little sore but not taking any pain meds. Its great seeing the weight just fall right off.
8/13/05 Well it has been 6 months from surgery. I am doing great. The weight is coming off more slowly now but I am down 80lbs and wearing a size 16. The nutritionist has slightly increase my calories per day and I am swimming everyday. The inches have been flying off. I am waiting another six months before plastic surgery which I will definitly need.
