3/8/04 - I'm working with Dr. Macura's office in Brooklyn, NY. They've been incredibly pleasant and diligent with me. I am 5'5" and I weigh 275.8lbs. My BMI is 43. My insurance is Oxford Freedom Plan. My doctor's office will be submitting my paperwork for approval by the end of next week. Please help me pray for an approval!!! Has anyone dealt with Oxford and been approved or denied? Please let me know your experience. Thanks!
6/1/04 - I'm post-op appx. three weeks out. This is the best decision I've ever made! To date, I've lost appx. 12 lbs! Looking forward to my first fill on July 6th.
